Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Atmita ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Atmita is an AI-powered automation platform that helps users create and manage automated workflows, AI agents, and related tools. The Service includes web-based applications, AI chat assistants powered by third-party providers, voice transcription, image and media generation, web search capabilities, scheduled automations, stored memories and logs, and integrations with third-party services (such as Gmail, GitHub, Google Calendar, and others).
Matching and Shared Conversations
Matching is an agent-operated discovery feature in People. Discovery is on by default, including when Improve Atmita is disabled, and the Service tells you in the app once your card and posts are published; anonymous discovery is on by default, and neither setting depends on Improve Atmita. Your agent may create, update, and publish a profile card and posts from your Library and activity, search other users' published cards and posts, suggest connections, and send requests on your behalf, whether or not you are discoverable. Existing accounts with Improve Atmita enabled may receive initial cards and posts based on their Library. Matching and verification consume credits under the normal usage rules.
Your card stores your name, which is hidden during anonymous discovery. Posts are designed to exclude identifying details, but descriptions may still allow others to recognize you. Sending a request reveals the sender's card name; accepting reveals the recipient's card name to the conversation's members. Requests may join an existing group, and inactive recipients may receive a transactional request email. Shared conversations and their agents use the information and permissions available in that conversation.
You can switch Matching discovery on or off, change the Anonymous setting, ask your agent to correct your card or posts, or delete posts in People. Switching Matching off removes your card and posts from discovery and declines pending requests, but does not retract information already shared. These controls are separate from Improve Atmita.
You must not use Matching to misrepresent yourself, publish false claims, or send abusive or spam requests. Verification labels reflect available evidence and do not guarantee a person's identity, honesty, qualifications, or the success of a connection. You remain responsible for evaluating counterparties and any agreement or activity you undertake together.
Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service over time. We aim to provide reasonable notice before making changes that meaningfully reduce the functionality available under a paid subscription. This does not apply to minor updates, bug fixes, or changes required for security or legal compliance.
User Accounts
To use the Service, you must sign in using a supported sign-in method - currently Google, Apple, or a one-time code sent to an email address you provide. The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of the authentication account or email address you use to sign in
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
- Abuse AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
- Store or use credentials, API keys, or connected accounts that you do not have authority to use
- Use connected integrations to violate the terms or policies of those third-party services
Usage Limits
Use of the Service is metered in credits. Chat messages, image and media generation, automation runs, agent memory, and other AI features draw from a single credit balance on your account. Every account may also receive a free allowance that can be used only with the model we designate for free use, refills after a period set in the app, and does not carry over; new accounts may receive a one-time starter grant of credits; paid plans add the plan's credit amount to your balance when a billing period is paid, as shown in the app; and you may be able to purchase additional credits, including through an optional automatic reload that you enable and configure. Purchased and plan credits are not reset each day and currently do not expire. Some tasks consume more credits than others depending on complexity, provider cost, or whether they use image or media generation or other heavier processing.
When your balance reaches zero, the Service may switch to the free-use model where you have not chosen another model, and new chats, automation runs, and other credit-consuming features may otherwise be blocked until credits are added or your free allowance refills - for example through renewal, an upgrade, or a credit purchase - and scheduled automations may be paused or skipped. You may also set your own optional daily, weekly, or monthly spend limits in the app; once a limit you set is reached, new activity may be paused until that period ends. We may also apply other limits, such as rate limits on specific features, to protect the Service.
Current balances, limits, and usage are displayed within the app. We may update how credits are granted, priced, or consumed over time for reliability, abuse prevention, provider cost changes, or plan changes.
Payments & Subscriptions
Payments on the web are processed by MyFatoorah, a licensed payment gateway operating in the Middle East and North Africa region. By subscribing to a paid plan through the web checkout you agree to MyFatoorah's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Purchases made in our iOS app are processed by Apple through its In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's own terms and policies.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges each billing period using the payment method on file - a saved card token maintained through MyFatoorah for web subscriptions, or your Apple account for subscriptions purchased through the iOS app. Web subscriptions may be cancelled from the Settings page; subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed and cancelled through your Apple account's subscription settings. Access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the app.
Failed payments may be retried. If payment cannot be completed, we may keep your subscription in a past-due state, limit paid features, or downgrade access according to the app's billing logic. Paid upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and scheduled plan changes are handled through the app (or through Apple, for purchases made in the iOS app) and may take effect immediately or at the next billing period depending on the action shown to you.
For web purchases, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us at [email protected]. Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple under its own refund policies, and credits or access granted for a purchase that Apple refunds may be revoked. Web prices are listed in USD; our web payment processor settles in Kuwaiti dinar (KWD), and the converted amount on your card statement may vary with exchange rates. Prices shown in the iOS app are set through Apple's system and may differ from web prices, including with respect to taxes and currency. Credit amounts granted for purchases made through Apple may differ from those granted for the same purchase on the web to account for platform fees; the amounts you will receive are shown in the app before you buy.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Atmita and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content you create using the Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use your content as necessary to provide the Service, including sending relevant content to AI providers, integration providers, infrastructure providers, and connected third-party services at your direction.
AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence provided by third-party providers (currently including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, and BytePlus) to generate content, automate tasks, generate images, cover images, and videos, transcribe voice messages and audio, generate spoken audio, watch and summarize videos, perform web searches, and operate tools. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before relying on them
- AI, image, audio, web-search, and tool outputs may be blocked, filtered, modified, or refused to comply with provider policies, our policies, or applicable law
- Generated images, videos, and audio, transcripts, search results, tool results, and automation outputs may be stored by the Service so the product can work across sessions
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
- Your use of AI features is also subject to the terms and policies of the underlying AI providers
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate. These currently include, but are not limited to:
- AI providers (currently Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, and BytePlus) for AI processing, image and video generation, transcription, spoken audio, video analysis, and related features
- Composio for third-party account integrations, OAuth flows, and credential storage for connected services like Gmail, GitHub, Google Calendar, and others
- Supabase for data storage and authentication
- Google Cloud for backend infrastructure
- MyFatoorah for web payment processing and card-token based renewals
- Apple for processing purchases made through the iOS app via In-App Purchase
- Resend for transactional email
- Analytics, IP lookup, and geolocation providers for product analytics, debugging, abuse prevention, and dashboard reporting
We may change, add, or remove third-party providers at any time. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Third-Party Integrations and Stored Credentials
The Service allows you to connect your accounts on third-party services (such as Gmail, GitHub, Google Calendar, Slack, and others) to enable automations and AI-driven actions. By connecting a third-party account, you:
- Authorize Composio, our integration provider, to access that account on your behalf using the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow
- Acknowledge that OAuth credentials for those accounts are stored by Composio on its infrastructure, not by us
- Acknowledge that API-key, bearer-token, or similar integration credentials you provide may be stored by Composio when needed for that integration
- Acknowledge that API keys, usernames, passwords, or other credentials you save directly in Atmita may be stored by us and retrieved by AI tools or automations at your direction
- Accept that actions performed on connected accounts (sending emails, creating events, etc.) are executed at your direction and are your responsibility
- Agree that your use of connected services remains subject to those services' own terms and policies
You can disconnect third-party accounts and remove saved credentials from Settings where supported. You are responsible for ensuring that any account, credential, or API key you provide is one you are authorized to use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atmita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
In no event shall Atmita's total aggregate liability exceed fifty US dollars ($50).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atmita and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also stop using the Service at any time by signing out.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before termination. We may delete your stored data after a reasonable period following termination. To request data deletion, contact us at [email protected].
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.
Legal Entity
The Service is operated by شركة أنيماث لتصميم وبرمجة البرمجيات الخاصة (Animath Software Design & Development Co.), registered in Kuwait.
